Call it Fate: SCOTUS Arguments, Net Neutrality Comments Overlap
It seemed rather apropos that on the same day reply comments were due at the FCC on net neutrality, the U.S. Supreme Court spent the morning hearing oral arguments over whether it should overrule the Chevron doctrine.
